CANCELLATION POLICY
We require 24 hour notice for cancelling appointments due to the difficulty of filling a last minute opening. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee of the amount of the service. Fees must be paid prior to rebooking an appointment.
We understand that emergencies happen, but if they should happen when your pup has a scheduled appointment, please notify us as soon as you can to avoid a fee.
